Who performs the work
Zana Roofers connects you with independent licensed roofing contractors who perform the work. Zana Roofers is a referral and scheduling service. We are not a roofing contractor and do not perform roofing work. Every roofer we send is licensed and insured in Florida. Any estimate, contract, warranty, permit and payment for roofing work is between you and the contractor who does the job. Before you sign, ask for the contractor's Florida license number and verify it with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Estimates and scheduling
- Information on this website, including descriptions of repairs, materials and cost factors, is general. It is not a quote. The contractor gives you a written price after seeing the roof, before work starts.
- Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day. A contractor is sent as soon as it is safe to work; we do not guarantee arrival times. No one should work on a roof during lightning or high wind, and storm surges can affect availability.
- Emergency protection, such as tarping, is temporary and priced separately from permanent repairs.
- Permits, inspections and code requirements are the responsibility of the licensed contractor performing the work.
